We love Kindergarteners through 5th graders and their families! We partner with parents to equip children with the tools to know, follow, and share Jesus. We believe Jesus-centered teaching is essential in developing a strong relationship with Him and helping families raise lifelong, confident disciples who impact the world for Him.

Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed
AWANA provides a discipleship ministry for children three years old through 5th grade. Children are engaged in God’s Word through Scripture memorization, games, and mission opportunities. AWANA meets at FirstKidz every Wednesday (August through May) from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm.
FBC special needs ministry for K - 8th Grade
At FBC, Sonshine Souls is our special needs ministry for kids in Kindergarten through 8th grade who may feel overwhelmed in typical group settings. We offer a calm, sensory-friendly environment with engaging Bible lessons, crafts, music, games, and activities tailored to a variety of needs.
The class meets during the 11 AM service each Sunday. To check in your child, use any iPad station in the FirstKidz main lobby on the 2nd floor.
Sensory bags are also available at the Next Steps desk in the lobby for children attending the main service.
This three week study is for 1st-5th graders who are asking what it means to become a Christian, to become a follower of Christ. The class is taught on Sunday mornings during the 9:30 hour. Contact below for dates and openings.
