The Weekday Preschool of First Baptist Church Cumming exists to provide a safe and secure Christian environment in which preschoolers can be cared for and taught. We operate on a part-time basis to provide parents with time away from their children while they can be confident of the care their child is receiving. We strive to obtain high standards with a Christian emphasis. Our program is designed to help each child:
- By providing a loving, Christian environment in which the child can grow physically, socially, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
- By helping the child develop a good concept of self.
- By helping the child develop a philosophy of life that is in harmony with Christian principles.
- By providing opportunities for church, school, and home to work together in meeting the needs of the child.
- By providing opportunities for self-expression, exploration, and participation in group activities.

The First Baptist Church of Cumming GA Weekday Preschool admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its education policies, admission policies, or other school-administered programs.
2026 - 2027 School Year Registration
Registration Fee: $150.00 (due upon registration)
Tuition is collected one month in advance. The first payment is due by August 1, 2026.
Activity Fees
Activity fees will be collected by August 1, 2026. These fees include consumable school supplies, activity/event fees, and field trips for 4K/5K/Kindergarten.
- Kindergarten: $175.00
- 4/5 year olds: $130.00
- 3 year olds: $100.00
- 2 year olds: $90.00
- 1 year olds: $80.00

One Year Olds
- 2 Day Program (M/W or T/Th) – $275.00/month
Two Year Olds
- 2 Day Program (M/W or T/Th) – $275.00/month
- 3 Day Program (M/T/Th) – $300.00/month
- 4 Day Program (M/T/W/Th) – $325.00/month
Three Year Olds*
- 2 Day Program (T/Th) – $275.00/month
- 3 Day Program (M/W/Th) – $300.00/month

* Children in the 3 Year Old class must be potty trained.

Important Notes
Dear Parents,
Thank you so much for your interest in our Weekday Preschool program. It is a privilege to serve your family, and we see it as a great responsibility. The purpose of First Baptist Church is to worship God, reach people for Christ, obey God’s Word, love one another, and serve others.
Registration forms and Parent Handbooks will be available to pick up at FBCWP office beginning Monday, December 8th. These documents may be picked up between 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday. Priority registration for families currently enrolled in FBCWP begins on Wednesday, January 14th and runs until Thursday, January 22nd. These children will be placed in classrooms in the order in which registration forms are received. On the afternoon of Thursday, January 22nd, priority registration closes for families currently enrolled in FBCWP and remaining spots will be filled by church members, alumni, and then outside registration, in the order received. Anyone may turn in their registration forms beginning on January 14th. Outside registration forms will be time/date stamped and filed away until January 23rd, when remaining spots will begin to be filled. The earlier you turn in your registration form to the office, the better the chance of receiving a spot for your child for the 2026-2027 preschool year. We will have an information meeting and tour for prospective parents on Thursday, January 8th at 10:30 a.m. Directly after this meeting, we will be having a meeting for prospective kindergarten and 5K parents, where we will share a brief overview of the programs and answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in attending this information meeting/tour, we ask that you please RSVP to mary.paige@firstbaptistcumming.org, so that we can make proper arrangements. We look forward to meeting you then!
For many years, our church members have seen the need for and supported this ministry in our church. We want to do our best to meet both your child’s needs and your family’s. Please let us know if there is any way we can minister to you. Of course, we invite you to participate in our many other programs and would love to have you as part of our church family.
